This salvaged drawer bookcase from CraftyNest is the perfect solution for small spaces, or for that wall that just “needs something” – but you don’t want to spend a fortune. Maybe you don’t want to spend anything at all. Monica didn’t; she actually got these drawers from Freecycle and used materials on hand. You likely could find a beat-up dresser at a thrift store and do the same. I love that the strategically placed drawers create a variety of different shelves.

Hah! I just used that same paper design to cover the back of a shelf I just bought (picture on the blog, actually)! I really love this idea and may try to use it once I get control of my craft room.
