George Nelson Associates first began the sunburst trend with their designs for Howard Miller in 1947.  Let’s face it – sunbursts completely rock, and they are the quintessential visual representation of the mid-century modern era.  Heather and I have a lot in common, but one of the things is our love of furniture and design from this time period (which is why we started this blog).  There are a few different ways to incorporate sunbursts into your decor, and one of them is mirrors, the subject of this roundup.  Here are some of our DIY sunburst mirror favorites.  Which one is yours?
