Decorative Mason Jars
All over the interwebs I’m seeing DIY projects using old, recycled jars and spray paint. One way to further dress up these recycled jars is with texture. Did you know that you can spray paint over hot glue? Yep. You can use hot glue to make a pattern, dots or words directly on your glass jar and them simply spray paint over the top to make it look like a unified piece. I’m particularly fascinated by the black matte jar. To “matte-ify” the spray paint you already have on hand, you can purchase this Krylon Matte Finish.
