Skateboard Shelves

I don’t see as many DIY projects for boys’ rooms out there on the interwebs – so when I spotted these skateboard shelves, I had to call attention to them.  These are a surprising change from standard-issue shelves, but the great thing is that they are just as functional.  There isn’t much you have to do to a skateboard to make it a shelf, and I encourage you to try it yourself.

Decor Hack: Shelves don’t have to necessarily be made from a flat piece of wood. Consider other flat items you can screw into the wall that will provide the same function.
