Vintage Toy Alphabet Shadow Box

I think Katie from Matsutake has the perfect sensibilities when it comes to children’s toys and room decor.  So many of her projects have a soft, vintage feel that still manages to be playful and casual.  Everything looks lived in, comfortable, and welcoming which are adjectives that are hard to come by in a world of plastic toys and licensed wall decor.  This beautiful shadow box is a perfect example of her aesthetic.  The 26 sections of the alphabetized box are filled with vintage-inspired toys or ephemera that look like they could have come straight out of an Norman Rockwell painting!
