For the Love of My Furry Friend
This post brought to you by Purina. All opinions are 100% mine.
If you read my blog Mod Podge Rocks then you are aware that I am a pug lover – and that I have an old pug friend named Roxie, pictured above. Doesn’t she look smart in her Christmas costume? I’ve had Roxie since she was six months old and I have to say that she is one of my best friends. She is such a good girl and now that I work from home we are always together . . . I love it!
As all pets do, Roxie is aging. She’s almost 11, and I can’t believe it. We’ve had a few health problems recently including a kidney infection and some allergies, so we’ve been visiting the vet a bit more. Plus with groomer visits and all the other things going on in my life, it’s been hard to keep up with it all. Luckily there are new Purina Pet Apps to help me keep track of it all! Here are the two offered, and I downloaded both of them to my smartphone:
- Pet O Meter- Create your pet’s profile, track their walks, access simple pet exercises and more.
- Purina Pet Health App- Tracking you pets health, medication, vet appointments and more.
So far I’ve been using them and LOVE them. I love using the Pet O Meter on a daily basis to track our walks. It helps me get exercise too! And with Roxie being on pills and special food for her kidneys, the Pet Health app has really come in handy.
Both apps are available for iPhone and Android, so if you are a pet lover, check them out! Do you have a furry friend that could benefit?
